Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the pork neck, dry it, and slice it into approximately 2 cm thick pieces.

2. Step

Peel the garlic and press it through a presser. Add salt, pepper and oil and mix the marinade.

3. Step

Marinate the meat with prepared marinade, let it sit for 10 minutes.

4. Step

After some time, put the meat in a baking dish and bake in the oven for about an hour and a half. During baking, baste the meat with juice several times so it's not dry.
