Slices of Roast Pork Neck
Roasted pork neck is a classic of home cooking, known and loved by everyone. It's great for lunches and dinners, as well as various celebrations and gatherings with family or friends.

- 1 kg pork neck
Marinade
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon oil

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the pork neck, dry it, and slice it into approximately 2 cm thick pieces.
Peel the garlic and press it through a presser. Add salt, pepper and oil and mix the marinade.
Marinate the meat with prepared marinade, let it sit for 10 minutes.
After some time, put the meat in a baking dish and bake in the oven for about an hour and a half. During baking, baste the meat with juice several times so it's not dry.
Serve the baked pork neck slices with a side dish of your choice, for example, with roasted potatoes or fresh bread. Enjoy your meal!
