Spaghetti with pork
Spaghetti with braised pork and vegetables is an excellent choice for lunch or dinner. The amazing combination of spices, pork and fresh vegetables creates a delicious dish that is not only tasty but also nutritious.
Ingredients
- 450 g Of pork
- 350 g spaghetti
- Mixture of frozen carrots, peas and corn
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 spoons Tomato puree
- salt
- ground paprika
- ground black pepper
- oil
- Cheese for grating

Directions
Cut the pork into smaller pieces, chop the onion and garlic finely.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the pork and fry until golden. Then set the meat aside. Use the remaining oil in the pan to fry the onion and garlic.
Once the onions are sautéed, add the frozen vegetables, tomato puree to the pan, cover the pan and simmer the contents over medium heat until tender.
Add the roasted meat to the vegetables and season with salt, paprika and ground black pepper. Then continue stewing for another 20 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Mix the finished spaghetti with the meat and vegetables and serve with grated cheese.
