- 670 g fresh mushrooms (wild or cultivated)
- 40 ml oil
- 1 onion
- 300 ml water
- 130 g ketchup
- 100 ml sour cream
- 3 Small sour pickles
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 15 g Spelt smooth flour
- salt
- Ground sweet paprika
- ground black pepper

1. Step
In oil, fry the finely chopped onion. Add chopped mushrooms and roast until they release their water, we can add a splash of water to prevent the onion from burning. Add finely chopped pickle, ground red pepper, ground spice and simmer for a while.
2. Step
In the bowl, we mix the rest of the water, cream, ketchup and flour and pour it over the mushrooms. We cook for a while, the sauce thickens a bit and we just season to our own taste, we can add a little bit of Vegeta. Serve with rice, sprinkled with cheese. Bon appetit.
