Stuffing for Turkey without Meat
A delicious and hearty stuffing, perfect for Thanksgiving turkey or served as a side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 Piece large onion
- 2 Rods celery
- 100 g butter
- 400 g Bread cubes
- 2 Teaspoon Poultry spice
- 11⁄2 l chicken stock cube
- 2 Piece Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 Teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions
1. For the turkey stuffing, first cut the onion and celery into small cubes.
2. Melt the butter in a large pan and sauté the onion and celery in it for about 10 minutes until they are soft.
3. Put the bread cubes in a large bowl and mix them with the onion celery mixture.
Add poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper and mix well.
5. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and then add the chicken broth.
6. Pour the egg-broth mixture over the bread cubes and mix everything well until the bread cubes have absorbed the liquid.
7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 180°C for about 35-40 minutes until the top is crispy.
8. Let the turkey stuffing cool briefly before serving.
