- 5 spoon garlic powder
- 1 Cup breadcrumbs
Rice
- 200 g rice
- 11⁄4 Cup water
- 6 spoon Mirin sauce
Poke Bowl Filling
- 2 tablespoon cooked soy beans
- 2 tablespoon mango
- 2 tablespoon sweet corn
- 2 tablespoon carrot
- 1⁄2 avocado
- 2 tablespoon red onion
- 3 baby cucumbers
- sesame seeds
- sweet soy sauce

Firstly, prepare the sauce to marinate your chicken in. Combine the dry ingredients: flour, MSG, paprika, pepper and garlic powder. Then add milk and mix.
