Party sausages are special. This recipe is a little different, as they are bite-sized with a crispy potato covering. It's a simple, delicious, quick and easy meal to make at home for parties and kids.

- 8 hot dog sausages
- 1 kg potato
- 100 g grated cheese
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt
- ground black pepper
- vegetable oil

Directions
In a saucepan of boiling water, cook the potatoes for 25 minutes.
Cut the sausages into small cubes.
Leave the potatoes to cool, remove the skins and cut them into small pieces. Then put them in a bowl.
Add the cheese, breadcrumbs, oregano, salt and pepper.
Crush all the ingredients with a fork.
Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it. Place one of the cut sausages in the middle and wrap it in the dough.
Set aside on a plate until all the sausages have been made. Then freeze for 30 minutes.
Fry in hot oil for 30 seconds.
The sausage is now cooked! Enjoy
