- 350 ml milk

Let's prepare the yeast - 150ml of milk + 2 tablespoons of cane sugar + a cube of yeast. Weigh the flour. Add salt, melted butter, oil, remaining milk (350ml). Finally, we add the yeast. Knead the dough and let it rest for 40-45 minutes. Subsequently, the dough is ready for further processing (buns/pizza rolls/...).
