Traditional Corned Beef in White Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 can of corned beef
- 2 tbls of butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 Cup of milk
- 1⁄2 Cup of all-purpose cream
- 2 tbls of flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions
In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add in the chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until onions become translucent.
Add the can of corned beef. Stir it around for approximately 3-4 minutes until well blended with onions and garlic.
Sprinkle flour over the corned beef, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Gradually pour in the milk while continuously stirring.
Add the all-purpose cream. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Stir well until you get a thick, creamy consistency.
Garnish with chopped parsley (optional).
Serve hot with toasted bread or vegetables for a complete meal.
