Fitness tuna spread is great for breakfast or a quick lunch. What's more, the preparation is so simple and quick that anyone can really do it!

- 1 konzerva Tuna in olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion
- 2 ts white yogurt
- pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper

Let the tuna drain a little.

Then I blend it together with finely chopped onion and two cloves of garlic.
3. Step
Then I add two teaspoons of yogurt.

Finally, I add a pinch of salt and black pepper for seasoning.

You can serve your tuna spread on whole wheat bread or crackers. Fresh vegetables such as peppers, cucumber or tomatoes also taste great with it.
