- 500 g Turkey meat
- 2 pcs onion
- 2 pcs garlic
- 200 ml whipped cream

- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon basil

1. Step
In a medium-sized frying pan, we melt the butter and add the chopped onion and garlic. Fry them until they soften.
2. Step
Add the sliced turkey meat and fry it on all sides until golden.
3. Step
Add salt, pepper, and basil to the meat. Then mix the mixture.
4. Step
Pour the cream into the pan and let it simmer over a moderate heat.
5. Step
When the sauce is thick enough, remove the pan from the heat. Veal sauté with cream is ready.
