To prepare the turkey upper thigh, preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

2. Step

Rub the turkey thigh with the chopped garlic cloves, olive oil, salt and pepper.

3. Step

Place the turkey thigh in a roasting pan and roast it in the oven for about 60 minutes.

4. Step

In the meantime, wash the vegetables, peel them, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Heat butter in a pan and sauté the vegetables in it until they are soft.
