1. Step

Whisk the egg with the sweetener until it becomes a light foam. Mix in the liquid ingredients. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients, then sift them through a sieve into the liquid mixture. Finally, mash the banana and mix it into the batter. Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes. Let it cool, cut it, fill it, and enjoy. You can garnish it with, for example, fresh strawberries or freeze-dried raspberries in white chocolate from @brainmarket_cz.
