Yellow Pea Soup with Cream
A hearty pea soup flavored with sour cream.
Ingredients
- 200 g yellow peas
- 250 g potato
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 2 bay leaf
- ground black pepper
- ground caraway
- pinch of salt

Soak the buckwheat for at least 4 hours.
We pour out the water, rinse several times and start cooking.
After 30 minutes, add the diced potatoes and crushed garlic.
We mix it, add bay leaf and other spices.
Cook until soft.
Once everything is done, we remove the bay leaf and blend it.
Add sour cream, stir and let it boil.
Season to taste and set aside.
We serve it with bread or croutons.
The soup is quite filling.
