- 1 apple

- 20 g wholegrain spelt flour
- 80 g oat flakes

1. Step
Mash the banana with a fork, peel the apple, grate it and squeeze the juice out of it with your hands. Mix together the mashed banana, grated apple, eggs, flour, flakes, cinnamon and then shape the pancakes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Yogurt dip: mix together yogurt + cocoa + honey
