Put the minced lamb meat in a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients: spices, egg, chopped parsley, ground garlic and salt. Mix well.

2. Step

Prepare a griddle with a drop of oil on the heat or a baking sheet with baking paper. To form the koftas, take the skewers and place the meat around the top as if it were a meatball but more elongated.

3. Step

Put the koftas on the griddle over medium heat, and leave them for 4-5 minutes on each side.

4. Step

Remove from the heat and serve with a delicious tzatziki sauce. Enjoy!
