- 150 g soy noodle
- 300 g ground pork
- 150 g shrimps
- 1⁄2 carrot
- 4 mushroom
- 1⁄2 onion
- 3 chives
- Chopped serrano chilli
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- salt and pepper
- 40 letters rice paper
- lemon

Soak the noodles in cold water.

Prepare a bowl of ground beef. Chop the carrot, mushrooms, onion and chives.

Add the chopped vegetables to the bowl with the meat. Chop the shrimp and the noodles and add to the bowl.
