Baked Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken Breasts Recipe
This Honey Chicken Breasts recipe is a delicious and easy dish. Tender chicken breasts are coated in a sticky honey glaze, resulting in a mouthwatering dish that will become a family favorite.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1⁄2 Cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tbls vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 Cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 Cup With
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ginger, grated
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions
In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and black pepper.
Coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the honey sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the chicken is well coated and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve hot over steamed rice or with your choice of vegetables.
