Beef in Tomato Sauce
Traditional beef prepared in a tasty and silky tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- 800 g beef
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 800 g Canned tomatoes
- 1 pcs stock cube
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 pcs bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon Black ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
Heat the oil in a pan and add the beef. Brown it on each side. Then remove the meat and set it aside.
On the same pan, fry finely chopped onion and garlic until they change color to golden.
Add the canned tomatoes to the pan, including the juice. Add broth, ground paprika, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Stir and let it simmer for a while.
Return the meat back into the pan and mix it with the sauce. Cover and let it simmer on low heat for about an hour until the meat is completely tender.
