Blueberry Bubble Cake

- 150 ml oil
- 200 ml milk
- 300 g special fine flour
- 1 packing baking powder

1. Step
First, whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl until frothy.
2. Step
Then add the oil and milk and mix well. Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder.

Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle blueberries on top.
4. Step
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes until the sponge cake is nicely golden brown. Let it cool before serving and sprinkle with sugar.
