- 1 Spoon butter
- 1 Spoon salt
- 500 ml water

Clean the broccoli and cut it into smaller pieces.

Clean the carrot and onion and chop them into cubes.
3. Step
Melt the butter in a pan and add the chopped vegetables. Sauté for a few minutes.

Blend the finished soup until smooth with an immersion blender.
