- 500 g Potatoes
- 1 pcs leek
- 2 pcs garlic
- 1⁄2 l vegetable broth

- 100 ml cooking cream

1. Step
Peel and cut the potatoes and leek into equal pieces. Crush the garlic through a press.
2. Step
Saute leek in oil in a pot until it's soft, but not brown. Add potatoes, spices, and garlic. Wait until the potatoes soften a bit.
3. Step
Add the broth and let it simmer until soft.
4. Step
Remove the soup and let it cool. Then blend until smooth using a blender.
5. Step
Add cream before serving and stir. Serve the soup warm.
