Crispy Chicken Wings Baked in Oven

- 2 lbs of chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1⁄2 Cup of BBQ sauce
- Cooking spray/ olive oil

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Clean the chicken wings and pat them dry.
In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
Spray a baking rack with cooking spray or brush it with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet. Arrange the chicken wings on the baking rack.
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
In the last 10 minutes of baking, brush the wings with BBQ sauce.
Take them out of the oven, allow them to cool for a few minutes and serve.
