Fried cauliflower in the oven
This recipe is one of my favourites - not only because it's easy to make, but also because of the taste and texture of the finished dish. I have made it several times now, perfecting the technique and seasoning.
Ingredients

Directions
First wash the cauliflower and then cut it into roses. Make sure the roses are not too big. In my experience, if they are too big, they are harder to cook properly. Place the roses in a large bowl.
Mix the eggs, flour and breadcrumbs in another bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well so that the cauliflower is sufficiently coated.
Dip the cauliflower florets in the egg-flour-flour-grit mixture, then grease a baking tin with oil and place them directly into the tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
