  • 120 g sugar Added to
  • 2 a piece Eggs Added to
  • 200 ml Yoghurt Added to
  • 50 ml vegetable oil Added to
  • 1 ts Vanilla extract Added to
  • 100 g Chocolate pieces Added to

1. Step

Mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl.

2. Step

In another bowl, beat the eggs with the yogurt, oil and vanilla extract.

3. Step

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix everything thoroughly. Finally, add the chocolate chips.

4. Step

Divide the batter into muffin tins (about 2/3 of the height of the muffin tin, so that the muffins have room to rise) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 20-25 minutes.

5. Step

After removing from the oven, let the muffins cool and then they can be removed from the moulds.
