- 2 cups of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 tbls of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine the egg yolks, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
2. Step
Slowly add the olive oil, with the blender or food processor running, in a slow and steady stream. As more oil is added, you will notice the mixture thickening.
3. Step
Continue the process until the oil is fully incorporated and the mixture is thick like mayonnaise.
4. Step
Use immediately, or store in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container for up to a week.
