- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg

- 500 g potato
- salt
- 50 g butter

- 1 onion
- 100 g bacon

Add salt and butter to the water, then mix. Add the flour and egg. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
