Pasta salad with chicken and cream
Recipe for a tasty pasta salad with chicken and cream, which you can eat hot or cold.
Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breasts
- 400 g pasta
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoon cooking cream
- 1 pcs red peppers
- 1 pcs leek
- 100 g green olives
- Salt, black pepper

Start by cooking the pasta al dente according to the package instructions.
Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and fry in a frying pan. I recommend seasoning after roasting so that the spices don't burn.
Finely chop the leeks and peppers. Cut the olives in half.
Place the cooked pasta, browned chicken, chopped leeks, peppers and olives in a bowl.
In a smaller bowl, mix the cream and mayonnaise.
Add the dressing to the salad and mix well. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
