Plum Dumplings
Ingredients
- 400 g boiled potatoes
- 1 egg
- as needed semi-coarse flour
- butter
- Plums
- minced Nuts

Directions
Boil the potatoes in their skins and let them cool down.
Peel them and grate them finely. Put into a bowl.
Add the egg, salt, and mix thoroughly.
Let's start adding flour and mix the dough with our hands to connect it.
We will make a roll out of the journey. We'll divide it into 15 parts.
From each part, we make a pancake, where we put a piece of plum in the center.
We stick them together and roll them into balls in our hands.
Add noodles to boiling water and cook them. When they surface, boil for another 5 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Drain and pour over melted butter.
Sprinkle with nuts, poppy seeds, or breadcrumbs.
