Pork on paprika
Tasty and relatively quickly prepared pork on paprika, which tastes delicious for the whole family.
Ingredients
- 600 g Of pork
- 1 a piece large onion
- 1 a piece Large pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon Minced sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoon Oils
- Salt, ground black pepper
- A little water or broth

Cut the meat into smaller cubes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Do this right at the beginning so that the meat has enough time to absorb all the flavours.
Dice the onion and fry in a frying pan with a little oil until golden. This step is important to create the full flavor of this dish.
Add the meat and sear it on each side.
Add the chopped bell pepper and ground pepper, mix with the rest of the ingredients in the pan. It is good to let the meat simmer for a while with the paprika.
Cover with a little water or broth and simmer under a lid for about 40 minutes. If you have a slow cooker at home, you can use it.
While the meat is stewing, check the liquid level in the pot regularly and add more water or stock if necessary.
