- 40 g whole cottage cheese
- 4 spoons all-purpose flour
- salt and pepper
- black pepper

1. Step
Grate the raw pumpkin or cook it and blend it into a puree.
2. Step
Add grated onion, crushed garlic, egg, cottage cheese, and chopped dill to the pumpkin.

We stir and season. Add flour and stir again.

If the dough is too thin, add more flour.

We spread the panini with olive oil and toast it on both sides.

We serve it plain or with white yogurt or sour cream.
