1. Step

Mix all the ingredients together. Pour the resulting dough onto a heated pan. Fry it from one side, 'tear up' the pancake and fry the pieces from both sides. Move the prepared torn pancake onto a plate.

2. Step

Cut an apple and a half pear into smaller pieces and put them into a pot. Pour in some water, sweetener - I used date syrup, ground cinnamon, and cook until soft. If necessary, we pour over more water. Place the softened fruit on a pieces of torn bread. Add curd or yogurt and drizzle with peanut butter. We can add dried raisins and nuts.

3. Step

Optionally, we serve the torn pancake with ingredients according to personal taste 😊
