1. Step

Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a muffin tin for 12 pieces, which you should line with paper cups.

2. Step

In one bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

In the second bowl, mix all the wet ingredients: melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and soft curd cheese.

4. Step

Mix the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ones and make sure the dough is evenly mixed.

Finally, mix the raspberries into the batter.

Divide the dough into the prepared muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and baked.
