Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees. Clean the chicken quarters and pat dry with a paper towel.

2. Step

Next, rub pepper, salt, garlic powder and paprika on the meat. I always make sure that the chicken is properly seasoned - that's the secret to tasty meat.

Then transfer the meat to a roasting tray with the rosemary and garlic cloves on the bottom. This allows the aroma of the herbs and garlic to permeate the meat as it roasts, giving the whole dish a wonderful aroma.

Finally, pour the oil over the meat and place in the oven. Bake it for about an hour and a half, but make sure that the meat is not dry. If you have an oven with a fan, be sure to use it - the chicken will be evenly cooked and juicy that way.
