Rocky Roads - recipe ready in 20 minutes and without baking

Directions
Line a rectangular baking tray (approx. 23 x 33 cm) with baking paper. It is important that the paper hangs over the edges.
Place the chocolate, butter and syrup in a large heatproof bowl. Place the bowl over a pan of boiling water (the bowl should not touch the water) and stir the mixture to melt the ingredients. The chocolate mixture can also be heated in the microwave, but on a low setting to prevent the chocolate from burning.
Place the cookies in a plastic bag and crush into large pieces with a rolling pin.
When the chocolate mixture is smooth, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool slightly. Then add the crushed cookies and marshmallows and mix well. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and spread evenly. Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight to set properly. Then cut the Rocky Road into pieces with a sharp knife. Square pieces are best in my opinion, but you can serve them in any shape you like.
