Savoy Cabbage Soup
A hearty and health-promoting savoy cabbage soup. Ideal for cold days. The ingredients are simply all cooked together until the savoy cabbage is soft!

- 1 Piece Savoy cabbage
- 2 Piece Potatoes
- 1 Piece onion
- 2 Spoon olive oil
- 1 l vegetable stock cube
- 200 Gram Ham cubes
- 1 Pinch salt
- 1 Pinch pepper

1. Step
For the savoy cabbage soup, prepare all the ingredients.
2. Step
Wash the savoy cabbage and cut it into strips.
3. Step
Dice the onion and potatoes.
4. Step
Heat the olive oil in a large pot and sauté the diced onions.
5. Step
Add the ham and potatoes and briefly sauté them.
6. Step
Now add the savoy cabbage and stew until it wilts.
7. Step
Add the vegetable broth and let the soup simmer for 20 minutes.

Season the savoy cabbage soup with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
