Slow Roasted Pork Belly
This is a recipe for pork belly that is slowly roasted in the oven. Thanks to the long process, the meat is tender and juicy. The ideal recipe for a weekend lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 pcs pork shoulder
- 2 pcs garlic
- 1 pcs onion
- 4 l water
- 2 pcs bay leaf
- 5 pcs Whole spices

Peel the garlic and slice it.
On a pan preheated to medium heat, sear the pork loin on all sides. Then transfer it to a roasting pan.
On the pan in which we roasted the loin, sauté the onion, garlic and add the bay leaf, whole spices.
Pour water into the baking dish so that half of the meat is covered, we can drizzle the meat with lime juice and put the baking dish into the oven preheated to 140 °C.
We roast the meat for 2-3 hours. During roasting, we baste the meat with juice.
