Veal with Corn
I used tarhonya as a side dish.

- 100 g Veal meat
- leek
- 1 spoon sweet corn
- 1⁄2 tablespoon semolina
- ground black pepper
- ground cinnamon
- minced Oregano herbs
- Parsley leaves
- thyme
- olive oil
- 30 g Dumpling

1. Step
Prepare the couscous or rice according to the instructions on the package. Feel free to choose boiled potatoes or even pasta.
2. Step
We sauté the leek in oil. We add the meat cut into smaller pieces.
3. Step
We rest for a while, season and pour over with water.
4. Step
We add water until the meat is tender.
5. Step
Add corn (I used canned and rinsed it several times).
6. Step
We stir and add semolina for thickening, stir again and let it boil.
7. Step
Season to taste and set aside.
