Vegan Waffles
Simple and tasty vegan waffles which you can serve with fresh fruits, maple syrup or your favorite toppings. Perfect breakfast or dessert for a lazy weekend.
Ingredients
- 2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 spoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 spoon salt
- 11⁄2 cup vegetable milk
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon melted coconut oil

Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients, then add them to the dry ingredients.
Mix it well, so there are no lumps in the dough.
We preheat the waffle iron, then lightly coat it with some oil.

We close the waffle iron and let the dough bake for 3-4 minutes until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
Repeat the process until all the pasta is used up.
