Authentic Greek Chicken Gyros with Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
For the Gyro:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 salad cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 6 Pieces Pita bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
For the Marinade:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon white Greek yogurt
- 11⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1 Cup white Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, seeded and grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt to taste

Directions
Start by marinating the chicken. In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients. Coat chicken with the marinade and let it sit at least for 1 hour. For better result, marinate overnight in the fridge.
While waiting for the chicken, prepare the Tzatziki sauce. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill until needed.
Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Brush with oil.
Grill chicken, turning occasionally, until cooked thoroughly; about 10 minutes each side. Remove from the grill and let rest.
Slice the chicken thinly. Likewise, slice cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion thinly.
To assemble the gyro, spread Tzatziki sauce on pita bread, layer with chicken, vegetables, and additional sauce if desired. Roll it up to enjoy.
