- 800 g beef tenderloin
- 2 pcs onion
- 2 pcs carrot
- 150 ml cooking cream
- 1 pcs bay leaf
- 10 g salt
- 5 g ground black pepper

1. Step
We cut the meat into slices, salt it and season it.
2. Step
Fry the chopped onion in a pan, add the chopped carrot and fry.
3. Step
Add the meat to the pan and roast it from all sides, add a bay leaf.
4. Step
Add water, cover and cook for 1-1.5 hours.
5. Step
If the meat is tender, we blend the sauce, add cream and cook for another 15 minutes.
6. Step
We serve it with homemade dumpling.
