Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Salt the water and add the lobsters. Boil them for 15 minutes.

2. Step

In the meantime, melt the butter in a small pan and add the herbs and garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

Remove the lobster from the water and cut in half. Drizzle the herb butter over the meat.

4. Step

Serve the lobster immediately, garnished with fresh lemon juice and parsley.
