Crispy and juicy chicken thighs in the oven
This delicious and simple baked chicken thigh dish is perfect for a family dinner or a weekly prep meal. Chicken thighs are marinated in a seasoning mix and then baked to a crispy skin and tender, juicy interior. Serve with rice, salad or your favorite side dish for a complete meal.
Ingredients
- 8 thighs Of chicken.
- 1 tablespoon Of chopped fresh rosemary.
- 2 teaspoons of salt.
- 1 cdta of ground black pepper.
- 2 cdas Of olive oil.
- 1 lemon (juice).
- 1 cdta of sweet paprika

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Clean the chicken thighs, removing excess fat if necessary.
In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, fresh rosemary, salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and paprika.
Add the chicken thighs to the mixture and make sure they are well coated.
Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes or until nicely browned and crispy. Be sure to turn the thighs halfway through the baking time so they brown evenly.
Before serving, allow the chicken thighs to rest for a few minutes out of the oven.
