Directions
In a bowl put the minced meat, garlic, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, a pinch of freshly ground black pepper and a good pinch of salt. Mix well with your hands until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Take a small portion and roll it into a ball. Cook two of these balls at the same time on a griddle with a little drizzle of oil over high heat.
With a spatula, flatten until the hamburgers are the size of the bread where we are going to eat them. Leave to cook.
Put some lettuce leaves and one or two slices of tomato on the base of the bread.
Turn each burger over with the help of a spatula.
Immediately, put a slice of cheese on each burger and cook the other side.
Add a small splash of water to the pan to melt the cheese.
Cover the frying pan and leave for 30 seconds to a minute without taking it off the heat.
Place one hamburger on top of the other, remove them from the frying pan and place them on the bread with the lettuce and tomato.
On top, place some onion rings, and dress with ketchup and mayonnaise. Eat and enjoy!
