Healthy apple muffins
Tasty and healthy apple muffins that are perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
- 3 a piece Medium apples
- 2 a piece Eggs
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 2 a piece bananas
- 150 g oat flakes
- 1 kl baking powder
- pinch of salt
- Cinnamon to taste

Directions
Start by grating your apples and slicing your bananas.
Then in a bowl, mix the eggs with the cottage cheese.
Add the grated apples and bananas and mix well.
In another bowl, mix the oats with the baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix thoroughly.
I recommend letting the dough sit for about 10 minutes to let the oatmeal soak up the moisture.
Fill the muffin tins with the batter and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes or until golden. Test with a toothpick to make sure they are dry.
