Homemade Baguettes
A recipe for homemade baguettes in traditional French style. These baguettes are beautifully crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are perfect for breakfast or lunch.

- 500 g special fine flour
- 10 g salt
- 20 g sugar
- 7 g dry yeast
- 350 ml water

1. Step
In a bowl, mix the smooth flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast.
2. Step
Slowly add water and mix.
3. Step
Frequently knead on the board and let it covered to rise for 2 hours.
4. Step
After the dough has risen, divide it and roll out baguettes from it, which we will transfer to a greased baking sheet.
5. Step
Let the baguettes rise for another 30 minutes and then put them in an oven preheated to 220°C.
6. Step
Bake the baguettes for 25 minutes.
