- 160 ml passion fruit pulp
- 200 g semolina sugar
- 18 g plain flour
- 3 egg
- 3 yolk
- 56 g unsalted butter
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt

Place the flour, sugar and salt into a large bowl and stir to combine.
