Ingredients
- 3 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 spoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 spoon salt
- 226 g unsalted butter
- 200 g white granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Directions
In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Beat the egg with the vanilla extract. Set aside.
Mix the butter and white sugar until fluffy and creamy. Then, add the egg mixture and whisk.
Slowly add the flour and mix until obtaining a firm dough. Knead it and wrap it in cling film. Then, refrigerate for 4 hours.
Divide the dough in half. Roll out one half between two pieces of parchment paper. Cut out your cookies and place them apart from one another on a baking pan.
Store the cookies in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and then bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven to 190°C. Remove from the oven and let the cookies rest and cool before decorating.
Decorate as you prefer. Enjoy!
