PHOTO RECIPE Meatballs in Onion-Apple Sauce
I really like this recipe for its versatility. You can combine it either without pasta with bread, or just pasta with sauce, or balls with another side dish. Judge for yourself 😉

- 1⁄2 kg Marinated beef or pork or mix
- 1 pcs pastry
- Parsley sprig
- 4 pcs Medium-sized onion
- 2 pcs apple
- 1⁄4 l Broth or bouillon
- 250 ml whipped cream
- ground sweet paprika
- salt
- ground black pepper
- butter or oil

1. Step
Soak the bread (bun or roll) in water, squeeze it out, add ground meat, chopped parsley, ground paprika, spices and salt.
2. Step
Mix the mixture and form small balls.
3. Step
Fry the meatballs in butter until brown.
4. Step
We chop the onion into half-moons, the apples into small cubes, and sauté them in butter for about 5 minutes.

Then we add the hot broth along with the whipping cream, season it, we can add some healthy vegeta and let it simmer for a few more minutes.

Serve with macaroni or spaghetti.
