Mexican Tortillas
A treat with ground meat
Ingredients
- 500 g Boiled veal meat
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 onion
- 60 g unflavored canned red beans
- 60 g canned corn
- 250 g Hard gouda cheese
- cheese
- 100 g cheddar
- 400 g peeled tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- Garlic seasoning
- Chilli pepper

Directions
Finely chop the onion and fry it in olive oil. Add the minced meat, pour in a little water, and simmer it together with the onion.
When the meat is done, we add beans, corn, chopped tomatoes and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic.
We take it off the fire and let it cool down. Then, into the cooled, we grate 200 g of hard cheese, stir and add chili peppers to taste.
We prepare tortillas.. each we fill with the mixture, roll up and place side by side in a baking dish which we have greased with olive oil.
Let's set aside about 2 PL of the mixture and spread it over the prepared tortillas. Sprinkle them with the remaining grated cheese (gouda) and then with cheddar.
Put the prepared tortillas to bake for 15 minutes at 180 C.
