- 325 ml water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.

Let the dough stand in a warm room covered with a towel for 1 hour.

The dough should double its volume after an hour. Divide it into 4 parts.

The basket is ready for use.
